What Equipment Will You Bring To My Event?

A question with many answers!

I will share some videos with you and explain the likelihood of us showing with that specific equipment to your event.

Let’s start with this. This video was taken in Horticulture Center at Fairmount Park (Philadelphia, PA), and our violinist Nastasja Vojinovic is performing for the guests as they are walking in. She is using a portable and wireless speaker, an iPad for the tracks, and a wireless electric violin to play with. This setup is likely to be at your event if you want music in only one small part of the venue, if you just want backing music, if you requested ceremony speech amplification (in that case there will also be a microphone on a stand), or if we are performing inside a small house/backyard.

The next video was taken in Philadelphia Academy of the Fine Arts. This is a fairly large venue and we use one of our bigger speakers here. This is necessary when we have a trio or a quartet, and of course when you have lots of guests. If you book us for your cocktail hour, we will more than likely use a similar sound system. We have had events when we needed to connect multiple such systems together to cover large areas. Unless your event is at a literal aircraft hangar, this single system will be more than enough to cover it.

But of course, there will be stands to hold our music, and ourselves. We try to not take too much space unless provided.

I hope this was informative. We can accommodate nearly any space, and the equipment size/list will vary significantly. Please do not hesitate to ask for pictures and videos.
