Nous avons une annonce: our new French Café band is open for business.

Earlier this year, we had a request from a client to perform French music at a private event. This was our first time collaborating with a full-time French Jazz trio, and to our surprise, everyone seemed to love it. We posted a short video on the socials, and all of a sudden we were getting a ton of requests for this band. Well, after some rehearsals, repertoire adjustments, hat shopping, and countless hours spent on learning how to pronounce pain au chocolat, we are happy to announce that our new French Café band is a full-time part of Philadelphia String Quartet. Clients can request this amazing band to perform their weddings and private events when they are booking a band with us.

We do need your help with something, though: what do we call this quartet? I mean, we are still PSQ, but these four need a catchy title. Merci? French Café? Café? Quatre musiciens avec des chapeaux?

Honestly, we can use some help…
